Ingredients For Italian Pizza

- 2 cup fine flour
- 1 Tablespoon yeast
- 1/2 Tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon milk powder
- 1 Tablespoon bread improver
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 Tablespoon salt
- 2 Tablespoon oil
- 1 Egg
- Warm water as you required.
- 1 Onion
- 1/3 Red Capsicum
- 1/3 Green Capsicum
- 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/3 Tablespoon Salt Masala
- Chaat Masala 1/3 tablespoon
- 1/3 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Red Chili
- 1/2 tablespoon Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Tablespoon Yogurt
- 3 Tablespoon Pizza sauce
- 1/2 Tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
Procedure To Make Italian Pizza
In warm water (1/2 cup), add salt (1 tablespoon), sugar (1 tablespoon), yeast (1tablespoon), and set aside. Then Take a big bowl, add all-purpose-flour (2 cups ), dry milk powder (1 tablespoon), olive oil (2 tablespoons), small size egg (1), and mix them well.
Knead by adding yeast water for 3-5 mins to form a soft dough. grab a bowl, put few drops of oil & put your dough in the same bowl, and gently apply oil all around your dough. Cover the dough in airtight space for about 30 minutes approximately for the dough to rise. Heat olive oil (1.5 tablespoons) and ginger garlic paste (1 tablespoon) for 1 minute on a low flame.
Now, the next step is you have to cook the 300 grams chicken. When it turns into white then add salt (1/2 tablespoon), red chili powder (1/2 tablespoon), red chili flakes (1/2tablespoon), turmeric powder (1/3 tablespoon), garam masala (1/3 tablespoon), chaat masala (1/3 tablespoon), coriander powder (1/2 tablespoon) with yogurt (1.5 tablespoons) and mix well. Add lemon juice (1.5 tablespoons) and cook for 6-7 mins with covered lid on a light flame. After that add thinly sliced onions (1), sliced green capsicum (1/3), sliced red capsicum (1/3). Punch down and knead the dough in all-purpose-flour after 30 minutes of rest. Roll your dough round for pizza dough. Put a few drops of oil in the baking tray like greasing it and place your dough over. Spread pizza sauce (3 tablespoons), mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese all over the dough. And then Top with cooked chicken, vegetables, more cheese, black olives, oregano leaves, red chili flakes (1 pinch), olive oil (2 tablespoons). Preheat oven for 30 minutes.Bake for 15 minutes approximately at 170°C.
